We act for both landlords and tenants in dealing with commercial and residential tenancy problems. We have a large caseload of landlords regaining possession of their properties from difficult and negligent tenants who are in rent arrears and aim to provide specific advice in this very technical area of law in the most time and cost effective way possible.
